You can expect:
An Experienced Wellness Coach
A wellness coach will work with you to design your plans. We provide samples and best practices, while taking into account your client needs and protocols. Wellness plans should represent your treatment protocols. Your coach will review the set-up in your practice management software and create wellness plans in your VCP platform. Your VCP platform will track the consumption of services and doctor production pay. It also provides enrollment contracts, pet owner portals, and automates cancellation logic if a pet owner needs to cancel a plan.
Pricing and Optional Services Strategy
Your VCP team will create a Google radius map of your area to see if competitors are offering wellness plans and to evaluate market pricing. In addition, we will discuss the optional services you may wish to offer to pet owners that enroll in your wellness plans. VCP’s platform includes the unique ability to add optional services mid-plan. This means that clients who turn down options at enrollment can add options later on.
Branding and Marketing
Your VCP team will work with you to build your brand and market your wellness program in a manner that’s consistent with your existing marketing outreach. We offer laminated exam room sheets, social media images and banners, a launch email to your active and inactive clients, and much more. We help you promote online plan enrollment by providing you with a link for your website and marketing materials.
Wellness Plan Discussion and Flow at the Practice
Research shows clients appreciate wellness plans and the ability to budget with a monthly payment. Your VCP coach works closely with you to help prepare your team and make them feel comfortable discussing and suggesting wellness plans to your clients.
Launch Planning and Software Training
Although VCP’s software is intuitive, change can make some team members nervous. Our team works with you to ensure your staffers feel comfortable with the new platform. We help them to understand that the ultimate goal is to enable pets to get the care they need, and for pet owners to more easily budget for that care.
Goal Setting and Tracking
Your VCP system provides valuable insight through dashboards and reporting to monitor your program’s performance. Your coach works with you to set goals and KPIs. VCP’s analytic tools then monitor and report your progress.
As with anything new, there are crucial milestones. With our 90-day program, you can expect your VCP coach to remain in close contact as your program grows.
Missed Payment Management
Our smart technology automates and solves many of the issues that cause a missed payment – from expiring credit card alerts, to friendly payment reminders and a pet owner portal where your clients can check the status of their plan account.
